Karim has over 15 years of extensive and successful leadership experience with a diverse international franchising background in mass-market and high-end retail, FMCG, F&B and Automotive industries providing strategic, sales and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. Known for being a dynamic and results oriented leader with solid interpersonal skills. A senior professional, multilingual, multicultural, results oriented winner in both corporates B2B and retail development environments. His massive experience results into applying to his people and firm that makes him an effective, efficient and highly respectable leader. He is Food Quest and Advance Management's CEO and Board Member, joined on the 24th June 2018.
Food Quest current CFO, Venkata Siva Kumar, joined the company on the 7th June 2019. An Immensely experienced Finance Professional who has over 20 years of widespread knowledge in various fields of Retails, FMCG, Construction and F&B. His skills has been greatly used in handling company's Cost Control, Administration, Financial Planning, Bank negotiations and relations, Budgeting and Forecasting and Finance and Accounts Management.
Brands Operations Manager
Renaldo is currently the Operations Manager handling Denny's, GBK, Zambar and EETEN with over 10 years F&B operations and management experience in South Africa, UK & UAE. Renaldo has handled and worked for different food concepts like Pizza, Café and Casual Dining. He has demonstrated history of success from working as an Assistant Manager to Restaurant Manager to Area Operations and now as an Operations Manager, from handling a single brand to currently looking after 4 brands with more than 10 outlets in the UAE.
Head of Human Resources
Hashem is an immensely experienced HR professional with massive background on HR Planning, budgeting, performance, employee relations, training, establishing policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development for over 15 years in UAE Market. Hashem has worked in different established and well known firms such as Emirates International Restaurant LLC (Chilis)/ Saleh Bin Lahej, Al Sayer Group and Al Tayer Group. He joined FoodQuest as a Regional HR & Admin Manager and has been promoted to the new role as Head of HR.
Margaux recently joined Food Quest as a Marketing Executive. Reporting to the CEO, she is currently working independently and closely with the Operations Team to constantly develop and improve Marketing aspects of the company. She has completed a Bachelor Degree – Foreign Languages applied to Management – Economics - Marketing at the Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, France in 2018. She has almost 3 years experience in Social Media Martketing and Business Development in Dubai.
