Working with Chef Peter Gordon, the restaurant’s founders were the first to introduce gourmet burgers to the London market. They created a menu that combined 100% beef with the freshest ingredients and sauces made from scratch, every day. They stuck to the basics with an unwavering focus on freshness, taste and quality, and in doing so, started the GBK journey. Their fine-crafted burgers include the favourite Classic Cheese to the more adventurous Blazing Sombrero, Camemburger and Buffalo. They serve over 10,000 customers a day and develop and test their burgers and milkshakes on a monthly basis, with the favourites making the cut to the main menu.
